Plus de trois millions de patients sont soignés pour troubles psychiatriques graves. Certains d'entre eux sont internés dans des UMD, des unités pour malades difficiles, des centres fermés qui ressemblent à des prisons, entourés de murs d'enceinte surmontés de barbelés. 6. USA, qui sont les mineurs détenus en prison

Aux États-Unis, il y a 65 000 mineurs incarcérés. Les enfants peuvent être arrêtés dès l'âge de 9 ans et envoyés en prison. Ce pays est le seul à ne pas avoir ratifié la Convention internationale des droits de l'enfant et à juger ses enfants comme des adultes. De nombreux mineurs sont détenus dans des prisons pour adultes, mais la majorité d'entre eux sont envoyés dans des établissements pour mineurs. Notre équipe a eu accès à deux de ces installations, l'une au Texas et l'autre dans l'Utah.

7. Précarité : peut-on encore vieillir dignement

C’est le rêve de 90% des personnes âgées : vieillir à la maison, dans un lieu familier, entouré de ses meubles, de ses souvenirs… Alors que les places manquent dans les Etablissements hospitaliers pour personnes âgées dépendantes (Ehpad) et que leurs conditions d’accueil font parfois scandale, près de 1,4 million de seniors dépendants vivent chez eux. La moitié bénéficie d’aides publiques : chaque année, 5 milliards d’euros sont dépensés en aides à la personne pour maintenir les personnes âgées à domicile.

Mais les budgets vieillesse de nombreux départements sont revus à la baisse et les Français sont loin d’être égaux devant les aides : mieux vaut vieillir en Loire-Atlantique ou dans le Morbihan que dans les Pyrénées-Orientales ou en Corrèze…

De leur côté, les associations d’aide à domicile ont le plus grand mal à assurer une prise en charge de qualité des personnes âgées et les faillites se multiplient. Particulièrement dans les campagnes et les régions en difficulté.

Face à une demande croissante, le service à domicile des personnes âgées devient un marché qui aiguise les appétits d’opérateurs privés, parfois sans scrupules. Au risque de conditions de travail déplorables pour les aides à domicile, de personnels non formés et, in fine, de personnes âgées maltraitées, délaissées ou oubliées. Céline Chassé a mené l’enquête d’Amiens au Mans, de Lyon à Longwy, et de Saint-Etienne à Metz, en Bretagne et en région parisienne.

Bölümünde; Nursema’nın imam nikahının sonlandırılması için yapılanları öğrenen Abdullah, Alev’le yüzleştikten sonra Nursema ve İbrahim’in resmi nikah işlemlerini hızlandırmak için harekete geçecektir. Kıvılcım ve Ömer birlikteliği konusunda büyük tepki gösteren Doğa’nın annesine karşı bir türlü yumuşamaması sonucunda Ömer devreye girecek, ancak onun konuşması da Doğa’nın fikir değiştirmesi için yeterli olmayacaktır. Kıvılcım’ın okulda yaşayacağı bir olay Doğa’yı kendisine getirecek, annesinin ölümle burun buruna gelmesi sonucu yaptığı yanlıştan dönecektir. Çocuk odasının duvar kağıtları yüzünden yaşanılan tartışma konusunda kendini affettirmek isteyen Pembe’nin bu konudaki girişimi yine bir sonuç vermeyecektir.Nilay işsiz abisine iş bulmak için çabalayacak, sonuçta İhsan, Abdullah’ın şoförü olacaktır. Ömer’in evlilik konusunu yavaştan alıyor hissine kapılan Kıvılcım, Ömer’in yapacağı hoş bir sürpriz ile çok mutlu olacaktır. Nursema’dan umudunu kesen Umut, onun resmi nikahını öğrenince iyice çıldıracak, bir delilik yapmasını Alev önleyecektir. Ve Nursema’ya resmi nikah kıyılacak ancak bu nikahta keramet olmayacağı ilk geceden belli olacaktır.

Kızılcık Şerbeti’nin kısaca konusu:

İyi eğitimli, realist ve modern bir kadın olan Kıvılcım (Evrim Alasya), eşinden boşandıktan sonra dimdik ayakta kalmış, iki kızını da inandığı değerler doğrultusunda yetiştirmiştir. Küçük kızı Çimen (Selin Türkmen) henüz liseye devam etmekte, büyük kızı Doğa (Sıla Türkoğlu) ise üniversitede diş hekimliği okumaktadır. Kıvılcım’ın tek isteği çocuklarının ileride başarılı ve mutlu olmalarını görmektir. Doğa’nın daha üniversiteye girdiği ilk yıl erkek arkadaşıyla evlenmesiyle büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşayan Kıvılcım, hayatının şokunu kızının kocasının ailesiyle tanışmasında yaşar. Doğa’nın kocası Fatih’in (Doğukan Güngör) ailesi muhafazakar bir ailedir. Kızının hayata bu kadar farklı bakan bir aileyle yapamayacağını düşünür. Doğa ise aşklarının her türlü farklılığın üstesinden geleceğine inanmaktadır. Kızılcık Şerbeti; doğruları aynı, yöntemleri farklı olan iki uç aile arasında kalan bir aşk hikayesidir.
